These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sleepy Joe's website and your purchase of our products. The store is operated by MG HandelsHub AB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. military bases.
2. Products and health information
Our products are dietary supplements. Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always read the label and consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Individual results may vary.

3. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. Bundle and subscription discounts apply as shown at checkout.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely by our payment providers. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
5. Subscriptions
If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. Full details are in our Subscription Terms.
6. Shipping
We offer Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, 2–4 business days, $5.29 or free on orders over $50) and Express shipping (USPS Priority, 1–3 business days, $9.99). Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier's confirmed delivery address.
7. Refunds and returns
Refunds, replacements and our 30-day satisfaction guarantee are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Sleepy Joe's name, logo, text, graphics and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or using it for fraudulent purposes.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted on this page.
