Shipping Policy — Sleepy Joe's
Where we ship: We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. military bases.
Processing: Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in the USA. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to refund or re-ship at our cost orders that are undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or packages that are left unclaimed. If a package is returned to sender for these reasons, reshipping costs are paid by the customer.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows no progress, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Order changes & cancellations: Orders are prepared quickly. We can only change or cancel an order that has not yet started processing — contact us as soon as possible at mg.handelshub@proton.me.
