I'm one of those people who can feel exhausted all day and then somehow become completely awake the second I get into bed. Sleepy Joe's has helped me wind down much more naturally. I usually take it before I start getting ready for bed, put my phone away, read for a little while, and I notice myself actually getting sleepy instead of forcing it. Sleepy Joe's wasn't really for me. The full serving felt too strong and I had some extremely vivid dreams, which I personally didn't enjoy. I ended up giving the bottle to my wife instead of throwing it away, and funny enough, she really likes it and has had a completely different experience. So I don't necessarily think it's a bad product - it just seems like everyone responds differently.
