My biggest problem has always been waking up around 3 a.m. and then reaching for my phone. Once I start scrolling, I can forget about falling back asleep anytime soon. Since I started taking these, those nights have become a lot less frequent. I'm sleeping more consistently and when I do wake up, it feels easier to settle down again instead of being wide awake for two hours. I honestly wasn't expecting to notice this much of a difference.

I actually liked how relaxed it made me feel at night, but two capsules were simply too strong for me and I woke up feeling tired the next morning. I almost stopped using it altogether, but decided to try one capsule instead. That has been much better, so I'm still using the bottle. I just wish I had started with the smaller amount from day one.

Sleepy Joe's definitely makes me sleepy, but the full serving left me a little groggy the next morning. I switched to one capsule instead and that has been much better. I like the product, I just think the full amount was stronger than I personally needed.

Sleepy Joe's works very well for helping me wind down, but I learned pretty quickly that two capsules are a little too much for me personally. The first couple of mornings I felt more sluggish than I wanted. I decided to try just one capsule instead and that completely changed the experience. I still get the relaxing nighttime effect, but the mornings are much better. I'd definitely recommend starting low and seeing what works for you.
